Fifties rock 'n' roll star Curtis Jackson pays a surprise visit to the small town of Victor where he encounters a host of hilarious characters and madcap happenings: Alex Fenton, the all-state football hero who is kidnaped before the big game; Tillie Thompson, the empty-headed waitress of the local malt shop; Wilbur and Bertha, the charmingly clumsy couple who find love in the stars; and a trio of cheerleaders who break into a cheer at every opportunity.
